A Castle in Cary with supersized lumber!
This was a great collaboration between wonderful grandparents and Backyard Playground. Designed for loads of grandchildren, this playset was supersized with 4x6 corner posts and 4x8 monkey bars reinforced with 2x8's on each beam. Massive fasteners throughout. It's a 6x6 castle, 6' off the ground with a wooden floor and highly functional perimeter seating down below. 13' monkey bars with a tireswing + a cargo net and gangplank. The overhead bridge is a real treat and can hold significant weight. Though it may not appear this way, there are good clearances in all the right spots. This of course is something we excel in, that is designing and installing playsets into existing and oftentimes limited space.
Beautiful church playground
This is a very nice playground designed for the great people at Freewill Baptist Church in Tarboro, NC. Includes a 4' x 5' lower fort attached to a 5' x 5' upper fort. Attached to a 3rd fort by way of an 8' catwalk. Chained cargo net, two sets of wooden steps, 8' wave slide, rock wall, gangplank and fireman's pole provides lots of ways up and down. Two toddler swings, two belt swings, two gliders and a standalone 6' monkey bar.
