5x5 Fort w/ Upper Walls & Front Porch
This is a really great 5x5 Fort with a 4x5 front porch. Off the porch is the 10' wave slide and wooden steps. Step into the enclosed fort from the porch via the latching dutch door. Upper fort walls have cutout windows & flowerboxes. 12' Monkey Bar with a glider, toddler swing, belt swing, and with a 4' extension for the trapeze bar. Complete with a sandbox area, lower floor below porch and a steering wheel & telescope.

A really great fort attached to the house deck. Monkey bars are attached to the fort, and a 3 position swingbeam to the monkey bars. Very cool, indeed. Below the fort is a clubhouse wall, 2 one half high clubhouse walls, and a wooden floor. Off the front of the playset is a 3' x 4' patio. Price includes work to attach catwalk to the deck.
