4x4 swingset with a small footprint
This playground set up includes a 4' x 4' Fort, a wooden roof, and a sandbox area below. It has a 10' Wave Slide and a Gangplank which makes it easy and fun to get into the top fort. A two position swingbeam has two beltswings. This playset can be made specifically for your yard (e.g. swings to the left or slide & gangplank to the right) at no extra cost. You could also change a swing to a trapeze bar or toddler swing, or have wooden steps to the fort instead of a gangplank. The actual footprint of this playset is 12' wide x 14' deep.
